CANCEL POLICY

In order to cancel your membership you must request it in writing.  We do not do any cancels verbally or over the phone.  We require a 30-day notice to cancel an account in writing.  It may take up to 30 days to stop any automatic withdrawal from your credit card or checking account.  You must have fulfilled your 13 month contract in order to cancel.  If you are still within your agreement a cancel fee is due upon cancellation.  The fees are $100 the first half of the contract and $50 the second half of the contract.  If the cancel fee is not paid at the time of cancellation the account will remain active. Please refer to your contract for further information. 

FREEZE POLICY

In order to freeze your account you must request it in writing.  We do not do any freezes verbally or over the phone.  We require a 2 week notice prior to your billing date to freeze your account.  Please note in the event you are too late to stop your monthly payment, a credit for gym usage will be on your account for when you unfreeze your membership.  If you are still within your 13-month agreement your monthly billing will continue until you fulfill your contract.  We do not prorate monthly dues, you will be charged a full month's dues if you do not freeze and unfreeze in monthly increments. Please refer to your contract for further information.
